About the Project

An industrial office space with an ocean-view.

Our design direction centered around a restrained palette and natural materials, in our interpretation of warm minimalism for this boutique venture capital client. Orienting the flow to allow for private and public spaces within a small footprint, we created areas for the principal and an assistant, as well as a small waiting area and a meeting space, which doubled as a reception area able to accommodate intimate gatherings.
